Shellie's Role on the Blog

The World Wide Web Consortium has a Web Accessible Initiative. This organization authored a set of guidelines that web designers can use to help make websites accessible to internet users with disabilities. A quick reference guide can be found at:  https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/. 

As we develop this blog, I will be attempting to keep the content compliant with W3's guidelines. I will also be attempting to keep our content compliant with the rubric for this assignment. So far I have added alt text to as many of the images as possible. I also moved Renee's excellent description from the 'About' page to the top of the 'Home' page, so that the blog would have a title block on the first page of the website.
